At CAPiTA Snowboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that boards must be unmounted and in their original factory shrink wrap to qualify for a full refund.

Prepare Your Gear
Securely pack your unused snowboard or gear in its original shipping box, ensuring all factory tags and protective packaging are intact.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
