All CAPiTA snowboards are handcrafted at 'The Mothership' in Austria, the world’s first 100% clean energy snowboard manufacturing facility.
How do I choose the right board size?
Selecting the right size depends on your weight, boot size, and riding style. Please refer to the specific size chart located on each product page for detailed weight ranges and waist widths.
What is your return policy for snowboards?
We accept returns on unused, unmounted snowboards in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a board has been mounted with bindings or ridden, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do CAPiTA snowboards come with a warranty?
Yes, all our boards come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase when bought from an authorized dealer.
How long does shipping take for new gear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those chasing an upcoming storm.
Do the boards come pre-waxed?
Yes, every CAPiTA board leaves the Mothership factory with a factory wax applied. However, for optimum performance, we recommend a fresh hot wax after your first few days on the mountain.
